Set up in 2004 we are one of the UK’s leading specialist companies providing, flexible, cost effective and bespoke training solutions for individuals and organisations that face conflict, violence and aggression.

We promote and develop safe working practices and personal safety awareness to try to avoid potentially difficult situations from escalating. Whether the assault takes the form of a verbal or physical attack the training we provide gives our clients the knowledge, understanding and skills to identify and then if necessary manage a conflict situation, from beginning to end.

Our main work to date has been with the NHS where Conflict Resolution Training is a mandatory obligation. Our strategy for 2009 is to expand our work within the NHS and into the commercial sector where we have worked for a variety of corporate clients such as Merseyrail, Siemens, Bovis Lendlease, HCA International as well as national football clubs and various local councils and charities.

All IKON courses are evaluated to ensure effectiveness, currently 97.6% of delegates have stated that they are satisfied or very satisfied with the training they have received.

IKON Training only uses trainers that are Members of the Institute of Conflict Management and who operate to the ICM Code of Practice.
