Are you a qualified trainer, and would you like to join our Associate Training Program?

• IKON is looking to create a network of nationwide trainers that can offer our high level of service and therefore work for IKON on a freelance basis.
• All Associate Trainers will be employed as and when IKON has contracts for them to work on.
• Our Associate Trainers will be paid an agreed fixed rate for the work on a daily basis and travelling expenses and related costs.
• All new Associate Trainers will be subject to a peer assessment and interview prior to joining our program.
• You must be qualified to an agreed level or have relevant experience and have a minimum of two peer assessments per year whilst working for IKON.
• If you are accepted onto the program you will sign a contract with IKON to say that you have read and will adhere to the IKON Training code of practice and other related policy documents, to ensure confidentially at all times and to protect our intellectual property.
• IKON will provide you with clothing where necessary, however, IKON will provide a dress code policy, within our contract.
• You will be fully insured under our IKON policy.
• If accepted onto the program IKON will register you as an Associate Member of the ICM if you are not already one.
