All of our Associate Trainers offer our high level of service therefore are subject to regular peer assessments and interview prior to joining our company.

They must all be qualified or have relevant experience to an agreed level and will be subject to a minimum of two peer assessments per year whilst working for IKON.

All IKON Trainers are members or Associate Member of The Institute of Conflict Management.

All IKON trainers are contracted directly with IKON to say they have read and will adhere to the IKON Training - Health & Safety and other related policy documents and to ensure client confidentially at all times.

IKON Trainers wear Company clothing where necessary, however IKON will provide a dress code policy should clients not wish staff to wear uniforms.

All Associate Trainers are fully insured under our IKON policy.
