During David’s 30+ year Police career  he spent 20 years as an operational police officer 23  of them as a Police Sergeant.  In the last 6 years of his service he performed the role of the Community Safety Officer and  as a Criminal Justice Unit case manager.

David currently manages The NHS Accredited Security Specialist for the Dudley Group of Foundation Trust Hospitals. This includes delivering Conflict Resolution Training to frontline staff, investigating offences against the Trust and staff. Also long term problem solving and anti-social behaviour strategies. He is  also a member of the Board of Governors.
