Leigh retired, after 30 years Metropolitan Police service, in late 2006. The last 5 years were spent as a Home Office trained Crime Prevention Officer, where Conflict Resolution sits very comfortably.

As a qualified police Occasional Trainer he has delivered various crime prevention subjects to wide and varied audiences.

Since retiring he has become a university accredited Local Security Management Specialist within the NHS Counter Fraud and Security Management Service dealing with violence and aggression towards staff.

Leigh offers training in Conflict Resolution, Breakaway techniques, Health & Safety Awareness, Lone Worker protection and Crime Prevention, interspersed with many relevant personal experiences gained from his police and NHS careers.
