Lorraine previously worked in a variety of sectors including private, public and charitable in a managerial capacity.  Having worked in the NHS for about 8 years as a Legal Services Manager she developed and presented training courses for managing and dealing with medical negligence claims.

In addition she has also developed and presented training courses for communication, induction, education and developmental purposes.  More recently she was working as an associate trainer for the Volkswagen Group and is involved in training assessments for customer service and sales process.

Lorraine graduated with the Open University in 2005 with a BSc (Hons) Psychology and is interested generally in personal development, assessment, coaching and training.
