Louise joined IKON in 2005 and is responsible for the management of the Operations Team.

Previously the Senior Office Manager and Sales Negotiator for a large home builder here in the UK Louise gained a wealth of knowledge and experience which she now brings to IKON to assist the directors and trainers with the overall operational requirements of the company.

In the past four years she has helped IKON grow by setting up the major organisational and administration systems as well as managing the IT and accounting processes and as a result has a unique insight into all aspects of the business here at IKON Training.

Louise is also a mother to two small girls and enjoys keeping fit and socialising with friends and family.
