Neil is a retired Police Officer with an extensive training background in both the public and private sector. His background in training started in the latter stages of his police career, delivering management training at all levels, the delivery of Race and Diversity Training and spent the last 2 years in the police service working with 'Centrex', the national police training body. He is qualified in areas of Race and Diversity, Management Training, Conflict Resolution Training and associated areas.

Since leaving the police in 2004 Neil has been specializing in many forms of training, also helping to set up The NHS Conflict Resolution Course and train the NHS trainers and the delivery of the subject on a national basis.

Neil has also prepared courses for the Procurator Fiscals Office (Edinburgh) in relation to interview techniques and effective management of witnesses. Also the delivery of Law courses to N.H.S. Fraud staff.
