Having previously served as a police officer with the Norfolk constabulary, Tim has worked within acute adult mental health sector of the NHS for the past 10 years.

Having attained a qualification through the South West Association of Control and Restraint Instructors, (affiliated with ICM) Tim has been assisting in the delivery of the Prevention and Management of violence and Aggression  Training within the NHS, Including the Counter Fraud and Security Management Services PSTS (Promoting Safe and Therapeutic Services) Syllabus for the past 3 years.

Tim has been involved; primarily with the Adult Mental Health service but has assisted in the provision of training for security guards and Porters in restrictive physical interventions.
Tim is currently working towards a cert ed.
