• We also have proven experience and ability to design effective and successful bespoke courses to suit your individual needs.

• All delegates will receive necessary feedback, learning support and documentation for all of our courses.

Ensure training effectiveness

• New courses will be piloted and all courses evaluated to ensure all learning outcomes are met.
• IKON trainers are all members of the ICM and therefore follow their code of practice and are fully insured for both professional indemnity and public liability.
• A synopsis of the training will be provided together with attendance lists, evaluations and certification to ensure essential workplace audit trails.

Client aftercare

• We will provide appropriate refresher training encompassing organisational developments and legislative change.
• We will ensure IKON Training is at the front of sector developments keeping clients up to date through effective environmental scanning ensuring training requirements are met.
