IKON training is constantly working towards improving the level of service we can provide. Our trainers attend courses, seminars and distance learning and are members of the Institute of Conflict management and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

The Institute of Conflict Management has been set up to develop, monitor and promote professional standards for the effective prevention and management of aggression and conflict at work and to achieve pre-eminence as the national lead body for the setting of standards and accreditation of conflict management training and related services in all sectors.

IKON trainers are all members of the ICM and as a company, we follow the same strict code of practice to ensure the ICM's high standards are adhered to.

IKON Training working with the NHS Counter Fraud Security Management Service (CFSMS)

The CFSMS have been tasked with coordinating the training for the NHS of mandatory Conflict Resolution Training. IKON has been delivering this course for the past four years and all trainers have attended the one day familiarisation seminar and can deliver the national syllabus. Under the government scheme all NHS front line staff will need to be trained in conflict resolution in the future. IKON training is able to deliver CRT initial and refresher training.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the professional body for those involved in the management and development of people. IKON Trainers are registered with the CIPD.
