IKON trainers are mostly from a police background, specialising in personal safety. They have Home Office/Police training and specialist personal safety qualifications awarded by Centrex/NPIA (National Police Training)

We have a wealth of other professional qualifications in other self-defence systems and specialist restraint equipment.

IKON Training is currently working towards the following qualifications:

• City & Guilds 1886 – Trainers award in delivering conflict management
• ICM – Quality Assurance Scheme
• ICM – Physical Skills Tutor Award

In terms of training development IKON trainers have attained or are working towards the Diploma in Teaching in the lifelong learning sector (Cert Ed)
