Throughout IKON, exceptional training underpins all our services. From delivering training in the form of open courses through the IKON Academy, providing courses in client’s venues under IKON Training to creating a unique training course for our Specialist Support Workers under IKON Protect.
Our trainers are selected first and foremost because they are dedicated, driven Training Professionals with a track record for delivering a range of training to a range of audiences. IKON are recognised as a Quality Award Centre of the Institute of Conflict Management (ICM) and so, operates to the ICM Code of Practice. The ICM is dedicated to setting standards in the prevention and management of aggression and conflict.
