Course outline

Our training helps people understand more about their responsibilities for promoting equality, tackling discrimination and fostering good relationships between diverse groups in the workplace.

We encourage people to challenge unacceptable behaviour by using exercises and discussions that explore stereotyping and discrimination; as well as introducing characteristics protected by The Equality Act 2010.

  • Resources, references and research

By the end of this course your team will be able to:

  • Understand what is meant by equality, diversity and inclusion
  • List the protected characteristics
  • Explore how beliefs, values and attitudes drive behaviour
  • Recognise the benefits of embracing difference
  • Understand what ‘good practice’ means for your organisation
